"A program is trying to access email addresses you have stored in outlook" error message.
If you have novaPDF Professional installed, after creating a PDF file you might get the following error message:
A program is trying to access email addresses you have stored in outlook. Do you want to allow this?

If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should choose “No”. This happens because you've also chosen to email the PDF file after it's created.
So once the PDF is created, novaPDF will send a message to Outlook to verify if the email address(es) you want to send emails to are in the address book, and this is when Microsoft Outlook returns the error message.
This problem can be solved by following these steps:
  • Go to Start->Settings and open Printers and Faxes (or goto Start->Run type control printers and press OK)
  • Right-click on novaPDF Pro and select Printing Preferences
  • In the novaPDF Printing Preferences window that opens click on Email and after that on Configure Email
  • Uncheck the option Lookup Addresses and click Ok (if that option does not appear in the bottom left corner, make sure you have the latest version of novaPDF installed as it's a newly added feature)
