    The DeleteUserTag method deletes the user tag for the given index
    HRESULT DeleteUserTag(
    [in] LONG p_nIndex
);

    Parameters:

    p_nIndex
    [in] tag index

    Return values:

    S_OK on success or COM error code
    NV_NOT_INITIALIZED - Initialize was not called
    NV_UNKNOWN_PROFILE - no profile loaded
    NV_INVALID_USER_TAG - invalid user tag index

    Remarks:

    This method deletes the tag at position given by p_nIndex
