    The AddOverlay method adds an overlay
     HRESULT AddOverlay(
 [ out, string ] LPWSTR* p_pwsNewOverlayId,
 [ out, string ] LPWSTR* p_pwsNewLayoutId,
 );

    Parameters:

     p_pwsNewOverlayId
 [out] new overlay id
 p_pwsNewLayoutId
 [out] new layout id

    Return values:

    S_OK on success or COM error code
    NV_NOT_INITIALIZED - Initialize was not called
    NV_UNKNOWN_PROFILE - no profile loaded

    Remarks:

    This method adds a new action at the end of the list of actions. After adding an action. you can change action position in the list and set specific options for each action type.
