Before asking for support, please make sure you have downloaded and installed the latest version of novaPDF.
Also visit the Knowledge base section of the site, maybe your questions were already answered there.

If you can’t find an answer to your questions in our FAQ page, please go to novaPDF’s About tab (in the novaPDF Properties window) and click on "Support". Registered users will be answered first. This will include at the bottom of the email the needed information about application build number, operating system and registration details.

Please include in your support request the following details:
  • Exactly what did you do?
  • Can you reproduce the problem again?
  • If possible send us screenshot of the error message.
We might ask you for additional information, if we cannot reproduce the problem.

novaPDF - Windows 7 PDF creator

novaPDF 6.3 was tested and is fully compatible with Windows 7 RC (version 6.1.7100).

The fact that novaPDF works with the release candidate version means that it will be for sure compatible with the final release of Windows 7. This way early adopters will be able to continue to use novaPDF to create PDF files on Windows 7 too.
