Site Licenses

Site licenses are applicable for orders of 500 or more novaPDF licenses (if you need less than 500 licenses see the volume discounts for Desktop or Server editions). Site licenses don't give you the right to resell the software.

Whether you are interested in licensing novaPDF for use within an academic institution, commercial, government or non-profit organization, we have designed a site license to fit your needs and your budget. Each license type mentioned below is available for all novaPDF editions (Lite, Standard and Professional).

Server license means that you can install one copy of novaPDF on one central computer (server) and unlimited computers (clients) can connect to the server and use novaPDF as a shared network printer to create PDF files. This model is best suited for Remote Desktop Connection and Terminal Servers.

Site license means that unlimited copies of novaPDF can be installed and registered in an organization, company or other entity, whose offices are located within the borders of one state. For instance if you are an US based company that has offices only in the state of Texas, you can purchase one site license and anyone in your company can use novaPDF.

Country license means that unlimited copies of novaPDF can be installed and registered in an organization, company or other entity whose offices are within the borders of one country. For example if your company has 100 offices in USA and you buy one country license, anyone within your company can use novaPDF.

Worldwide license means that unlimited copies of novaPDF can be installed and registered in an organization, company or other entity with offices all over the world. For instance if your company has offices in 20 countries and you buy one worldwide license, anyone within your company can use novaPDF.

Discount Plans

We offer a 20% discount for institutions and organizations looking to buy site licenses for novaPDF Lite, Standard or Professional. This discount applies on top of all promotional and volume discounts.
Discount plans:
  • Academic discount. Eligible institutions: Educational Institutions (Preschools, Schools, Colleges, Universities), Administrative Offices of Educational Institutions, Public Libraries/Museums. If you are a professor or student you are also eligible for the academic discount.
  • Non-profit discount. Eligible organizations: Charities, Foundations, Social Welfare or Advocacy Organizations, Professional/Trade Associations, Religious Organizations, ...
  • Governmental discount. Eligible institutions: Local, Regional, State, and National governmental departments and agencies.
  • Healthcare discount. Eligible institutions and organizations: Hospitals, Healthcare Systems, and Research Laboratories.
