Software delivery
Delivery time of your licenses depends on the payment method used:
- For credit card payments, licenses will be delivered via email after the validation of your credit card (up to 2 working days after you place your order).
- For PayPal payments, licenses are delivered via email in up to 2 working days.
- For wire transfer payments, licenses are delivered via email after receipt of funds (up to 3 days).
Additionaly, you can order a CD that contains the setup for novaPDF. Note that this only contains the setup for novaPDF, same one that can be downloaded from the Download section, it does not contain the registration key. The registration key is received by email when ordering from the above links.

How server licensing works
If you are not using Terminal Services, share the printer installed on your "print server".
You have to add the network printer to the client computers.
If you are using Terminal Services then you do not need to share and install on the client computers anything.
All client computers which connect to the registered "print server" will automatically register themselves on first print (until you reach the allowed computers limit).
Unregistered client computer will not be able to print to a registered server once the allowed user limit is reached.
| Benefits of server licensing |
- Simplified Installation.
You can install novaPDF on a Windows server, and any user can print to PDF (i.e. convert a file to PDF) either by adding the novaPDF shared printer or by installing novaPDF on their computers too.
- Centralized Updates.
When a new version of novaPDF is installed on the server, on the client computers novaPDF is automatically updated too.
This way you only update it in one place and it automatically propagates throughout the network.
- Public Profiles.
You can set up a printing profile for novaPDF on the server and all the client computers will be able to use that profile.
If you change the public profile on the server, it automatically changes propagates it throughout the network.
- License management.
novaPDF allows the management of license usage on the server where it is installed.
You can simply add/rename/remove licensed workstations using the licensing management window.

This discount applies on top of all promotional and volume discounts.

- Non-profit discount. Eligible organizations: Charities, Foundations, Social Welfare or Advocacy Organizations, Professional/Trade Associations, Religious Organizations, ...
- Governmental discount. Eligible institutions: Local, Regional, State, and National governmental departments and agencies.
- Healthcare discount. Eligible institutions and organizations: Hospitals, Healthcare Systems, and Research Laboratories.
