Definition: .wps is the file extension for the Microsoft Works word processor document. It is similar with the Microsoft Word .doc document and can be opened with Microsoft Works, most versions of Microsoft Word as well as Microsoft Publisher. wps to pdf refers to the process of converting a Microsoft Works Word Processor document to a PDF file. In order for the conversion to take place, Microsoft Word needs to be installed as well as a PDF printer driver such as novaPDF. Converting the wps file to a PDF one is done by opening the document in Microsoft Word (or Microsoft Works), going to File->Print, selecting as a printer the virtual PDF printer (i.e. novaPDF) and clicking on Print. Once the conversion is finished, the PDF document will be saved to the desired location.
