What is the difference between "Extract Text and Graphics" and "Adv. Extract Text and Graphics" in Document Restrictions?

Marking the "Advanced Extract Text and Graphics" option (from novaPDF Properties->Security->High level Encryption ), gives disabled users the possibility to extract text and graphics for accessibility purposes, even if the "Extract Text and Graphics" option is unmarked.
