If you have paid by credit card / debit card, wire transfer during the online order process, or placed a purchase order, the email with registration details should be delivered immediately If you didn’t receive an email with registration details please contact us. If you have chosen a different payment method than the ones described above, the delivery of novaPDF will be done after Plimus confirms the receipt of payment.
What is a server license and how do I order one?

After you have paid for novaPDF an email confirming your order and containing your registration details should be delivered to the email address provided by you on the ordering page. To Register novaPDF just copy and paste that registration information into the Register dialog (available through the Help->Register menu).
Are the Updates free?
Yes, the Updates are free if you are a registered user of novaPDF. Updates are defined as changes in the minor version number of the product. For example, novaPDF v5.1 is an update from v5.0. The frequency of releasing updates is once every 1-3 months. To see a list of all the benefits you get as a registered customer please visit the Benefits page.
How can I remove the notice that novaPDF places on the pages of the PDF files it generates?
novaPDF is free-to-use for an unlimited period of time as long as you are not bothered by the notice placed on the footer of the generated PDF files. That notice is automatically removed when you order and register novaPDF. For information on prices and discounts please visit the Buy Now page.
Which company handles the credit card verification and payment?
Credit card verification and payment is handled by default by Plimus (Shareit is also offered as a second payment option). The Plimus order process is protected via a secure connection so that the data sent to the recipient can only be read by the recipient (you can tell that the Order page is protected because the URL displayed in the address bar begins with "https:"). Important information such as credit card numbers, addresses, etc. is sent to the recipient (or received) securely via the Internet. All of the data entered on the protected pages is encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.
Are Upgrades free?
novaPDF upgrades are paid. Upgrades are changes in the major version number of the product. For example, novaPDF v6.0 is an upgrade from novaPDF v5.5. Yes, you can still purchase novaPDF using one of the other payment methods (bank/wire transfer, checks, cash - prepayment). Just select it from the Method of Payment drop-down menu on the ordering page at Plimus (after you clicked the buy link from the Buy Now page on our site).
How can I pay if my browser displays a blank page when I click to order novaPDF?
This problem might occur if you are using any advert blocking technology stopping the browser from loading (or if you don’t have cookies enabled). If you know you are using such technology try to stop it while ordering novaPDF. In case this doesn’t work or you don’t know how to do this, contact our sales team at: sales@novapdf.com.
How much does novaPDF cost?

Do I need to activate novaPDF?
No, novaPDF does not need to be activated. Once you enter the license information you received upon purchase, novaPDF can be used immediately without any limitations.
Where can I buy novaPDF?

Where can I find my key?
In order to find your novaPDF registration key, go to Start, Settings->Printers and Faxes (if you have Vista it's Printers) and from the list of printers right-click on novaPDF, select Printing Preferences and go to the About tab. Copy the groups of characters that show after the Registration Key: text, just like shown in the image below:
Note: This is only your partial key which is needed if you want to upgrade. Your full registration key is only in the email message you received after your order was processed. If you want to reinstall novaPDF and need the full key but don't have the order email, you can Contact Us and we'll provide it after authenticating you.
