When printing to the novaPDF Printer Server from a scheduled task on the server, the list of available licenses is filled with the other computers that connect remotely to the server. This happens even if from those computers there are no print jobs started.

If there is a task configured in the scheduler that runs for a specific user, when that user connects remotely to the server the scheduler task will be run in the remote session. When the scheduled printing runs from the print server for that remotely connected user, novaPDF will verify if the computer from where the remote connection was started is a licensed computer. In this situation, the remote computer will be assigned a license, even if the scheduler is configured and runs from the server.

In order to correct this behavior, we advise you to create a special user on the server. This new user shouldn't be used by any other people to connect to the server, you will use it only to define the scheduled printing tasks.
