Microsoft Word (as well as other programs) offers through the Print dialog window an option to Print to File. If that option is checked, novaPDF will not create a PDF file, because that option is specifically designed for regular printers and no document is actually sent for printing to novaPDF. Using that option to print to novaPDF doesn't make sense because novaPDF will create a PDF file anyway (so it already "prints to a file"), so in order to create the PDF file with novaPDF make sure that the Print to File option is not checked.
