Is a restart required at the end of the novaPDF installation?

In most cases novaPDF doesn't require a restart after the installation finishes so you don't have to restart your computer.
However, novaPDF requires a restart if you reinstall novaPDF on top of an existing installation. So if you want to avoid restarts, start first the uninstaller for the existing novaPDF version, then after novaPDF was uninstalled start the installation of the new version. In this way it will not require a restart.

If the novaPDF installer requires restart, you'll get a To complete the installation of novaPDF printer, Setup must restart your computer. Would you like to restart now? message with the default option set to Yes. We advise you to do so because novaPDF requires the restart when it cannot replace some dll files (probably because they were in use by the system). If you choose not to do the restart (even if asked to do so) and you do other installations, when you'll finally restart the computer some dll files might get deleted and you end up with an damaged printer driver .
