I purchased the commercial version, but still getting the message that novaPDF is unregistered

After you purchase the commercial version you have to copy and paste the registration details exactly as they are displayed in the email you received. If you’re still having problems registering novaPDF, please visit the Registering section of the FAQ for more information.
